Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Please note: This property has a bedroom on the ground level with no interior access from the upstairs.

Five bedrooms and roomy living areas are spread between the rental home's two levels. There are numerous CCTVs and DVD players. This quintessential, non-smoking beach house in Cherry Grove is ideal for two close families vacationing together. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms and a single bath. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two baths. Each level of the two-story rental beach house has a private entrance, as well as a living room, a full kitchen and a laundry room, too.
Other amenities of this Cherry Grove vacation rental include well-appointed porches, a grill area with a picnic table, and two outside showers. Surf the waves, bask in the sun or just relax. And if you need a larger measure of excitement, there are more than a few area activities sure to intrigue you. It's an easy walk to the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, a great spot whether you're fishing or simply roaming 'round. There are restaurants of all shapes and sizes (go waterfront at least once). This house is very spacious and clean. Rocking chair front porch gave us a beautiful sunrise with our morning coffee...and short walk across the street to beach couldn’t ask for better location. Definitely stay here again! Well worth the money!
