This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This cozy vacation home rental sleeps 12 comfortably with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach.
You and your family won't have to walk too far to experience the warm sandy beaches of North Myrtle Beach. You can have your toes in the sand and begin your beach day with a five-minute stroll. Be sure to look out for seashells to bring back home, as you won't want to forget this memorable vacation.
Brewers Beach Cottage amenities will allow you to relax while exploring local restaurants and shops after a long day. Enjoy a large fenced backyard with cornhole boards, a fire pit, and a hammock. You have a full kitchen to make meals for you and the family; a Webber grill is outside so you can cook those hamburgers and hot dogs. When inside, you have five flat-screen TVs and Wifi access. Excellent beach cottage for families to stay. Fenced in backyard was perfect for kids & enjoyed the fire pit with family. Definitely recommend this place!
