This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

A one-half block away from Endless Summer, you will find the warm sand and surf of the Grand Strands 60-mile stretch of beach. Soak up some sun in your beach chair as you enjoy the latest best-seller from your favorite author. Enjoy quality time with your kids building sand castles and looking for shells along the shore. Return to your rental to wash the sand off your body using the handy outside shower before firing up the gas grill for a good old-fashioned family barbecue.
