This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This upscale six bedroom beach house with five and one half baths is very spacious. The soft warm colors naturally appeal to you as does the fantastic comfortable plush furniture.
Lagerhead is one of the most gorgeous vacation rental homes available. The Atlantic Ocean is just a stroll away. The wide sandy beach invites you to spend your days leisurely exploring the coastline and searching for buried treasures of shells and sand dollars. Perhaps a family canoe trip or a hiking excursion may be a fun way to spend a day while staying at Lagerhead.
A large gourmet kitchen welcomes the chef in the family. Here you can prepare all your meals and save time and money during your vacation stay. There is an open counter bar and a large wood table allowing plenty of seating for all the lodgers. Also included at this vacation rental home you will find a most spectacular master bedroom with a private sundeck. There are flatscreen CCTVs. Also included are DVD players, Bluray players, high speed Internet access and Netflix capable devices. Other amenities are central air and heat, a high chair and a pack and play, a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table, washer and dryer and a gas grill.
There is no need to leave home when you rent Lagerhead as this tropical piece of paradise has an incredible outdoor pool. An outside shower is included with this vacation property as well as parking for 8 vehicles only.

Great floor space and floor plan for 3 families . (11 people) Beds and baths met our needs, room for everyone at the dinner table, lots of kitchen space, game room fun, nice sizes pool. Walk to beach not bad and the house on quiet street. Elliott was very responsive when informed of issues.
