This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

If you're inclined to fishing, the famous Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is nearby. And if you're really skilled, try your hand at shore fishing. When you head home, rinse off the sand in the outside shower, and drop your laundry at the in-house washer and dryer. The most popular family attractions and golf courses of the greater Grand Strand area are minutes away. Take in a live theatre production or rent a jet ski for a day's worth of fun. Deep sea fishing charters are almost as are numerous as the area's shopping destinations. Nautical Winds is a winning choice; count on it.

Please note:  The washer and dryer and 5th bedroom with bunk beds is located on the ground level and not accessible from the main level inside of the home.
