This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Surrounded by mostly owner occupied houses in the quiet community of Cherry Grove Once Upon A Tide is an extremely well decorated beach getaway. It is obvious from the time you pull-up that this home is well-maintained. You will first notice the beautiful tropical landscape with attention paid to every detail at every turn! Guests can take in the serene water-view of the pond behind the home along with the spectacular ocean breeze from the back deck.
If this doesn’t sweep you away, the short walk to the beautiful wide sandy beach certainly will! It is a 3-minute walk or approximately 600 steps to one of the largest most beautiful beaches on the Grand Strand! You will enjoy the close proximity to the historic Cherry Grove Fishing Pier which is just a block away from this luxurious beach house.
This vacation rental boasts four bedrooms and three baths, flatscreen CCTVs. It has cable (132 channels) and free WIFI access with a washer and dryer as well. There is an outside shower for washing off after a wonderful day at the beach! This beach house also has a grill and picnic table along with additional seating for barbequing or just relaxing while enjoying the ocean breeze!
For nightly entertainment, this vacation rental is walking distance to restaurants and bars in Cherry Grove along with the ice cream shops and pizza parlors. If you want to venture out it is a short drive to the outlets, retail shopping and eating areas on Highway 17, which is less than five miles away. You are also close to all the attractions of North Myrtle Beach, where there are countless experiences awaiting all ages!

Everything was perfect! Very clean property, nicely appointed, plenty of space, close to the beach, great views from the front and back decks. We absolutely loved our time at Once Upon a Tide. We will definitely be booking our next vacation here!
Very clean house that accommodated our group nicely. Close walking distance to the beach with a close beach access point. Check in and check out process was very easy.
Fun Family Vacation Spot. We had a great time and really enjoyed the property and location!
